Description Well respected company is expanding and seeking an In House Counsel with 1+ yeas experience to join its legal team. This attorney will report to the General Counsel and will be responsible for:
reviewing and revising commercial contracts;
reviewing and negotiating governmental contracts and procurement on the local government and/state agency level; and
research and writing.

ABA-approved law school.
Licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
Certified in city, county, and local government law preferred.
1+ years' experience in a corporate, government, land use, zoning, environmental issues, and/or construction management
