Job Title: Industrial ElectricianJob DescriptionAs an Industrial Electrician, you will perform all electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations at our new trademark recycling plant. You will be responsible for repairing recycling and mining equipment, moving and installing new equipment, and performing both preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery. Additionally, you will wire control panels and machinery, and may occasionally be required to do minor welding or fabricating.Responsibilities
Perform electrical repairs on recycling and mining equipment
Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery
Move and install new equipment
Wire control panels and machinery
Perform minor welding and fabricating tasks as needed
Essential Skills
Experience with electrical troubleshooting and industrial electrical maintenance
Knowledge of 480V, VFDs, and PLC troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Proficiency with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment maintenance
Experience with preventative maintenance and electrical wiring
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with 480V, 3 phase motors, VFDs, PLCs
Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and heavy equipment (forklift/trucks/hoists, cranes)
