The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services

Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service

Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks

Provide technical/strategic direction to team members

Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and update processes and procedures as necessary

Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements

Responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system

Conduct project related research

Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:6-10 years of experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery (application hosting and/or end user services) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement

Understanding of how specialization within area contributes to the business and of competitors' products and services

Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices

Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline

Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

Education:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Responsible for on-boarding and integration of in-house developed or third party applications into common technology stacks and processes.

Streamline and standardize application release processes.

Work with development teams to define, submit and then track infrastructure procurement requests.

Troubleshoot application and database performance issues and provide performance tuning services.

Facilitate integration of incoming and outgoing feeds to and from internal and external parties.

Extend common set of monitoring capabilities to application support teams.

Deploy firewall, proxy plug, LB, Wide IP and SSL for all applications.

Work with developers and ethical hack teams to close development and infrastructure findings for external and internal facing applications.

Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary

Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to lower level analysts

Develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices

Responsible for overall operating system applications

Qualifications

15+years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline

Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

Windows operating systems

Application servers: IIS, LIQ, Right Fax ,Tomcat, AHS, Cognos

Knowledge of any Scripting for Windows Platform is a must e.g., PowerShell, VBScript

Should be a go getter, motivatedand should work on minimum or no supervision

Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of .NET and Java applications

Extensive knowledge in Windows Administration on Troubleshooting server level issues.

Scripting administrative tasks using one of the following technologies: VBScript, batch scripting, PowerShell

Partnering with the dev team to design appropriate infrastructure for web application hosting

Troubleshooting databases and database connectivity to MS SQL servers and Oracle Products

Managing and configuring environments relying on Internet technologies - TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load balancers and DNS.

Deploying and managing of sites that implement SSL.

Integrating applications within a multi-tier and resilient architecture (Cluster Environment)

Ability to understand and follow due process e.g. Change Control.

Understanding on Cloud based platforms

Previous experience of working within a high security IT environment.

Problem solving ability, Quick learner, Good communication, collaboration with multiple teams.

Ability to communicate at all levels, ensuring that both technical and non-technical people can understand topics being discussed.
