Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and help us optimize, implement, and maintain our organization's cloud-based systems. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will architect, implement, deploy, and debug our cloud-based infrastructure including infrastructure as code, serverless functions and micro-services. You will also develop and administer our users' profiles, access, and privileges in our cloud implementations. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain modular cloud-based systems utilizing proven best practice methodologies.
  • Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
  • Implement, administer, and support Azure AD and Active Directory solutions and systems.
  • Implement, administer and support AWS server environments and builds.
  • Administer Azure AD Events, Incidents, and Requests based on a defined, ticket-driven service catalog.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
  • Investigate escalation calls, troubleshoot, and provide support to swiftly recover IT capabilities and ensure Slide users can continue to work.
  • Perform root cause analysis, prioritize resultant work, and complete needed fixes to minimize technical debt.
  • Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Technical oversight of Network Engineers, and third party networking entities.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • 4+ years of recent and progressive cloud-based infrastructure management experience within the AWS and/or Azure environments.
  • 2+ years of experience administrating Microsoft Azure AD, and/or Enterprise Active Directory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in PowerShell, Python, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and network related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of AWS and Azure cloud technologies and principles.
  • Ability to provide technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical Windows and software updates and vulnerabilities.
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant and equivalent technology focused education.
  • Azure and AWS certifications preferred
