You will work closely with our existing and prospective customers who are retail store owners. You will resolve issues and help store owners increase sales. You must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading Spanish as well as English.
Based in Delray Beach, our company is a leading provider of international calling services for over 25 years. You will work supporting our sales team in a fast-paced environment; therefore, you must be a self-starter who can work independently and take on projects as required.
Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Receives and handles inbound and outbound calls from customers
Resolve issues promptly and courteously
Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving
Sell POS systems and merchant processing to our existing customers
Visits to local retailers for account management

Relevant customer service experience of at least 2 years
Excellent telephone skills
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
Detail-oriented and great at follow-up
Demonstrated resourcefulness and organizational skills
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Great attitude and willingness to learn

Location: Delray Beach
Compensation: $38,000 to $45,000. Comprised of:
$34,000 salary ($17/hr x 40 hr week) PLUS $4,000 to $11,000 in bonuses
