Description We are in need of an Instructor/Trainer to join our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry based in Altamonte Springs, Florida. In this role, you will focus on improving efficiency and experience in Care Advocacy and other Consumer Advocacy services. You will also be expected to work on specific projects related to process improvement and rely on data and outcomes to assess needs.Responsibilities: Gain quick expertise in Consumer-Focused work within our industry. Develop and implement training content in a virtual setting. Assess needs and drive systematic and individual improvements. Collaborate in a cross-functional and diverse team. Manage timelines, deadlines, and prioritize work appropriately. Understand all Care Advocacy workflows, processes, and technology to create new training content and learning material. Handle stressful situations individually and guide team members through change processes. Strive to understand and meet the needs of the customer. Deliver training content and learning experiences that meet business needs. Collaborate with organizational learning management team to leverage available resources. Perform needs assessments and program assessments in partnership with Consumer Advocacy and Care Advocacy leaders. Maintain a high level of discretion with confidential information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Utilize strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Oversee all training related components of work for Consumer Advocacy teams, working in a digital environment. Requirements Must hold qualification or experience relevant to the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry Proven experience as an Instructor/Trainer within a similar setting Strong expertise in customer service principles and practices Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations Familiarity with Articulate Storyline for designing and delivering online courses Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and to think creatively to solve problems Willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
