Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The representative will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to various departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls in a professional manner
Managing the electronic filing systems, filling out application and service policies.
Providing general administrative support to team members and executives as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Excellent phone skills
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be able and willing to acquire an insurance 440 license
