Procore is looking for an

Integration Support Specialist to assist with our financial ERP integrations for some of the top construction accounting solutions. Use your problem detection, investigation and resolution skills to troubleshoot and find solutions with our clients. This position will report to the Manager, ERP Support and have the opportunity to be based in our Austin, TX, Willmar, MN, Portland, OR, or Carpinteria, CA offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Manage second-tier support escalations, via email and phone. Including troubleshooting integration connectors and other elements in the customer’s Windows environment

  • Collaborate with product management to identify issues, enhancement and feature requests from customers

  • Develop training content, contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs and other documents concerning Procore’s accounting integrations

  • Be a resource for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams for questions related to accounting integrations and construction accounting practices

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in a technical support, customer-facing role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, Service Cloud, Desk, etc.)

  • Experience with incident management (e.g. outages) and customer communication

  • Experience configuring permissions and services on Windows servers

  • Familiar with the phases of the construction lifecycle including accounting practices and project management

  • Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage 300 CRE, Quickbooks, Viewpoint Spectrum, Viewpoint Vista, Sage 100 Contractor is desirable
