Interior Design Procurement Coordinator

The Interior Design Procurement Coordinator is responsible for building detailed client estimates and managing the administrative side of furnishings procurement for residential interior design projects.This role works closely with the design team to translate approved client presentations into highly accurate procurement estimates consisting of hundreds of individual product line items across multiple vendors.The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable managing complex pricing structures, vendor-specific quoting methods, and high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy.ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed client estimates within QuickBooks Online based on approved design presentationsReview designer selections and specifications from Dropbox and supporting spreadsheetsCompile and organize detailed procurement information including:vendor pricingfinishesfabricsdimensionscustom specificationsCOM requirementsfreight/storage allocationsApply markups and pricing calculations accurately across large-scale estimatesCoordinate pricing and quoting information across multiple vendors with varying processesEnter and maintain detailed estimate and invoicing information in QuickBooks OnlineManage high-volume line-item procurement documentation with speed and precisionSupport ongoing procurement administration and project accounting workflowsMaintain accuracy across complex multi-vendor projectsCollaborate closely with the design and operations teams to ensure procurement accuracy and efficiency
