Interior Designer / Architect

Real Estate Development company is hiring Interior Designer or Architect

Candidate’s Requirements:

- Interior Design or Architecture Degree

- Absolutely strong presentation skills, attention to detail, team member skills, strong written and verbal communication skills required.

-Strong AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Skethc Up, Vray, Rhino etc experience

- US work authorization

Candidate’s Responsibilities:

- You will be part of residential, commercial and industrial project's design/build team.

- Developing construction documents together with senior members

- Creating mood board, selecting materials and colors, preparing computer model and taking renders.

- Preparing design presentations.

- Visiting suppliers, manufacturers or construction sites for: progress check, field measurements and construction administration.

- Collaborate the progress with sub-consultants and coordinate construction documents throughout the project.
