Interior Designer Assistant

We are a high-end interior design and architecture studio based in Miami, seeking a proactive and creative Interior Design Assistant to join our team. This is a flexible full-time role (approx. 40 hours/week), ideal for someone passionate about design, organization, and all things creative.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with procurement of furniture, finishes, and décor items

Support with project coordination, deliveries, and installations

Help with staging for photoshoots and project completions

Collaborate on content creation for social media and digital marketing

Provide general logistical support and administrative assistance

Requirements:

Based in Miami, FL

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Valid driver’s license and access to a car

Flexible schedule

Strong interest in interior design, styling, and creative industries

Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter

Experience in design, social media, or marketing is a plus
