The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the Food & Beverage department with receiving, stocking, issuing, and tracking products and supplies. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper product rotation, and compliance with company standards and procedures.What You'll Do:Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.Organize and stock products in designated storage areas following FIFO procedures.Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with monthly physical inventories.Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated.Assist in distributing products and supplies to Food & Beverage outlets.Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, coolers, and warehouse areas.Investigate inventory variances and report findings to management.Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.Work closely with purchasing, culinary, and outlet teams to support operational needs.Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
