IT Business Planning Manager

The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services in support of the Department’s Office of Information Technology (OIT), Bureau of Enterprise Applications. The Contractor must provide the qualified IT Business Planning Manager proposed in its Response, and selected by the Department, who has/have the experience and ability to fulfil the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW).A bachelor's degree in one of the computer sciences fields, management information systems,finance or other related field or 10 years technical writing experience documenting large complex systems and5 Years documenting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies7-10 Years developing strategic plans.Strong ability to facilitate planning meetings.Strong writing skills to develop and document plan outcomes.
