Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Data Management Specialist who excels in time management and thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role requires an individual to be comfortable learning and adapting to new responsibilities, including SMS marketing platforms and other communication tools.
As a Data Management Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring accurate data handling, streamlined report generation, and effective data management across various platforms. This position requires an individual who is both detail-oriented and adaptable, with a keen ability to embrace and integrate new technologies. You will work closely with our team, supporting our marketing and communications initiatives by managing data entry and performing system support functions as needed.
General Responsibilities & Job Duties:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring completeness and integrity of data across platforms.
Manage data organization and storage, implementing best practices for data security and accessibility.
Generate reports and provide insights, enabling informed decision-making based on data-driven analysis.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks and deadlines, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
Learn and utilize SMS marketing and other digital communication platforms to support marketing and outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to support data requirements for marketing, communications, and operational projects.
Stay up-to-date with new data management tools and platforms, embracing ongoing learning and technical skill development.
Note: This position is based in Miami, Florida, and is not a remote position.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry and data management, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in running reports and managing data across various platforms.
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems, especially in SMS marketing and digital communications.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to task completion.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, supporting cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
This is an on-site position based in Miami, Florida.
Prior professional experience is not required, but familiarity with management is a plus.
Note: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
