Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director in the IT industry, based in Naples, Florida. This role revolves around the strategic management and implementation of our key IT systems, including Network Infrastructure, SQL, Servers, Security, Networking, Microsoft, Cloud Technologies, Reporting, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and Dynamic CRM. Responsibilities: Design and implement strategic plans to ensure technological infrastructure meets existing and future requirements. Oversee the management of Network Infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Maintain and administer database systems including SQL servers. Manage and ensure the security of all IT systems, implementing industry-standard cyber security measures. Oversee the networking of the organization's computer systems to improve efficiency. Administer Microsoft applications and solutions, ensuring smooth operation across departments. Manage the implementation and maintenance of Cloud Technologies across the organization. Oversee the generation of comprehensive reports related to IT infrastructure and software. Implement and manage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to streamline business processes. Administer the Dynamic CRM system, improving customer relationship management. Requirements Possession of a Bachelors / Honours Degree in relevant field Proven experience in a Director role Demonstrated expertise in Network Infrastructure Proficiency in SQL Experience with Servers Strong understanding of Security measures Knowledge of Networking Familiarity with Microsoft suite Experience with Cloud Technologies Skilled in Reporting Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Experience with Dynamic CRM Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills Proficient problem-solving abilities Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.
