IT Infrastructure Qualification Specialist

IT INFRASTRUCTURE QUALIFICATION SPECIALIST TAMPA, FL 50% Hybrid. Project Description:

• Mid-Level Analysts supporting the IT Infrastructure qualification process.
• Perform Qualification activities as it relates to infrastructure applications and hardware (servers, databases, etc.).
• Review and approve ServiceNow change tickets for infrastructure applications and hardware.
• Review and approve ALM test scripts as it relates to infrastructure qualification.
• Manage and support infrastructure projects from an IT Infrastructure Qualification perspective.
• Write various plans and summaries related to Infrastructure projects (Migrations, Testing, Compliance, etc.) .

• 5+ years with IT Infrastructure Qualification experience.
• 5+ years of experience with ALM.
• 5+ years of experience with MS Office.
• 5+ years of experience with SDLC.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow and SharePoint.
• 2+ years of experience with Pharma Industry .
• Must have knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture of computer systems including cloud as well as networks, operating systems, databases, and software tools.
• Must have experience with quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience in an FDA validated environment is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow, MyQumas, HP Application Lifecycle Management.
