As an intern in our IT track, you will work in various aspects of a global IT organization and gain experience working cross functionally. Our interns are placed into a variety of teams, including IT Program Management, IT Support, IT Asset Management, IT Networking/Security, or even IT Infrastructure. Responsibilities could include: Participating in the full hardware life cycle from procurement, asset management, provisioning, collection, repair, replacement and retirement Identifying process improvement opportunities pertaining to the use of information assets to achieve efficiency and effectiveness Designing, reviewing, and improving the information workflow between people, processes, and systems at UKG Focusing on implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of global UKG networking systems Validating existing automated system(s) and vendor(s) integrations to maintain proper hardware inventory for all endpoint hardware Identify and write IT related policies, procedures, and plans An immersive onboarding bootcamp Participation in social events, community outreach opportunities, professional development seminars, trainings, and more!
