Job Description

Overall IT management

- Infrastructure: Network environment, Desktop environment

- IT investment - Planning, Budgeting, Execution

Business systems support

- Business requirements fulfillment. Coordination with regional/ HQ team

- SAP N-ERP (Logistics, SCM) - tier 1 support

- Web based application (Maintained by HQ, Coordination is needed)

- Business Intelligence system support

- GPPM

  • IT Security/ Authority Management
  • Trade Spend related KPI Management
  • IT security management
  • SW compliance management
  • Process Innovation Management (Logistics, RPA, legacy system)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline
  • Over 6 years of experience in MIS, IT industry
  • SAP solution expert required(module expert is a big plus)

Required Skills:

  • Basic network knowledge
  • Windows desktop knowledge
  • Security knowledge (CISSP is a plus)
  • Microsoft Active Directory experience required
  • Microsoft office knowledge (especially Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Firewall operation experience is a plus
  • IT helpdesk experience
  • Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff
  • Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner
