The selected candidate will work a to-be-determined hybrid schedule consisting of the selected candidate being required to be onsite for meetings and presentations on select days throughout the month. Primary Job Duties and Tasks

  • Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective
  • Ability to project manage large IT procurement projects
  • Manage project budget and spend plan
  • Manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases
  • Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
  • Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates
  • Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional)
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
  • Manage
  • Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
  • Able to do postmortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
  • Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program
  • Implement and support principles, rules and processes
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow
  • Maintain team data in project management software (i.e., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.) to support estimates and execution
  • Presents high-level project readouts for senior management
  • Supports product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred
  • 8 + years in Experience in managing large IT projects
  • Experience in developing and executing complex project plans, budgets, spend plans
  • Experience in leading large multifaceted IT teams to execute and lead successful project implementations
  • Experience in managing large projects with system integrators
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Ability to drive effective meetings: workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Ability to present ideas in business friendly and user-friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting and communicating with users and customers.

Education and Certifications
  • Education: Bachelor s or master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. (Required)
