Our direct client in the Insurance Industry is in need of an IT PM/Senior PM, with strong CRM (Salesforce, Dyanamics) experience, for a contract to hire role. The role will be a hybrid of 3 days onsite in their Downtown Orlando office, and 2 days remote.

Summary:

  • Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of project efforts that utilize information technology solutions, principles, standards, and best practices for CRM platforms.
  • Develops, establishes, and maintains project management standards and procedures.
  • Throughout the project lifecycle, obtains feedback to ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost, and performance.

Responsibilities

:

  • Manage multiple technology projects from intake to delivery within established project management standards
  • Strong expertise in leading large CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics) programs and projects
  • Strong focus on managing and tracking CRM project tasks
  • Extensive experience Managing large Marketing and business operations programs
  • Align programs, projects and operations to AP's strategic objectives
  • Establish and manage project scope, timeline, track budget and spend
  • Measure, rank and prioritize programs and projects
  • Drive efficiencies related to project execution
  • Identify & manage risks, develop mitigation & contingencies to respond to the risk. Understand how to navigate the project to getting back on track when issues are on hand. Escalate to leadership as needed
  • Develop communication plan, escalation path through stakeholder analysis
  • Capture and help prioritize project change requests that can include new requirements, features, functions, operational constraints, regulatory demands and technical enchantments, assess & articulate impact in terms of timelines, scope and budget
  • Facilitate estimation and management of the financial resources of a project or group of projects
  • Escalate project issues to leadership as needed

  • Assess and forecast resource needs and ongoing resource allocation on project, performs impact analysis on staffing where project scope may have changed - as well as effective use of metrics, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Procurement (as needed) to assess vendors, SOWs, RFPs, RFQs and other project related contracts
  • Understands the various audience groups and communicates accordingly.
  • Track and reports project statuses on a timely basis to IT leadership, stakeholders and sponsors
  • Some travel will be required, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects in Insurance and/or Banking software applications Deep Experience managing large Salesforce and/or Dynamics projects
  • Bachelor's degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area with Information Technology or Software Engineering emphasis.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience managing application development projects
  • Strong oral communication skills, customer service mindset, and good teamwork ability
  • In-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and PMI methodology for project management.
  • Knowledge and exposure to Agile methodologies is a plus
