Job Description:

Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of all assigned projects. This includes the successful coordination and control of all aspects of the project: initiation, design, development, testing, implementation, post-implementation, budget, risk/issue, communication, quality, and timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and manage to project plans created by an established project management tool. • Act as the primary liaison between the customers and the project team. • Facilitate meetings to coordinate all analytical business
functions, discovering business rules and ensuring that they are handled appropriately by the business applications. • Ensure that all business solutions moves through the different phases of the CCHS SDLC, and that all appropriate standards and practices are adhered to. • Take ownership of all tasks and projects relating to new business development, and the addition and management of new clients. • Apply proper performance improvement techniques,such as bench-marking, workflow design, process analysis and design, and migration planning to ensure clients are brought on-line in a timely and efficient manner. • Manage assigned project development from initiation toclosure. • Be accountable for project results along with business and technology owners. • Plan, organize, direct and track all major project components including estimates, cost, schedules, resources, analysis, deliverables, benefits analysis, etc. • Forecast the trajectory of projects to ensure delivery on time and budget. • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved. • Identify and analyze (both quantitatively & qualitatively) potential risks and develop appropriate contingency and/or mitigation plans. • Track and report on projectmilestones and provide status reports to leadership. • Ensure alignment to Enterprise, Risk, and IT Governance processes. • Work with minimum supervision to achieve and exceed goals and deliverables • Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis in Agile and project delivery practices • Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution. • Assist in establishing Agile/Lean Project Management Office (PMO) methodology from the ground up, including uniform project processes, business analysis and project performance standards. Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience • Minimum 15 years of experience working in IT • Project experience with digital transformations. •PMP certified. • Experience with SCRUM / Agile methodologies. • CSM or similar certification preferred. • Call Center software experience preferred. •Experience within the insurance or home warranty industry a big plus. • The incumbent will have intermediate to advanced knowledge and skills in business
systems analysis and intermediate to advanced skills in project management within an IT environment. • The incumbent will ensure assigned projects are completed in a practical and expedient manner producing the highest qualitysolutions. • The incumbent is expected to be an effective communicator, collaborator, and facilitator, possessing the highest level of business acumen.
