POSITION: IT Project Manager aria-hidden="true" LOCATION: Clearwater FL (Prefer someone on-site every day OR hybrid visit the office 2-3 days/week that can work on EST time flexing from 7am – 5pm daily M-F ) aria-hidden="true" DURATION: 12+ months (Long Term) aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Overview aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Manages, plans, coordinates, and executes multiple projects, programs, and activities to improve processes and services. aria-hidden="true" Oversees multiple project leaders to achieve project objectives on time, within cost, and ensuring quality. aria-hidden="true" Researches and becomes well-informed of customer's needs, identifies program needs, considers available processes, and services, and develops processes that streamline services. aria-hidden="true" Develops project specifications and objectives from introduction to delivery. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Essential Duties aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. aria-hidden="true" Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority within defined Project Delivery Methodology based on Agile development practices. aria-hidden="true" May manage sub-contractors and their workforce. aria-hidden="true" Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. aria-hidden="true" Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and will modify schedules or plans as required. aria-hidden="true" Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. aria-hidden="true" Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems. aria-hidden="true" May manage project supervisors or leads assigned to specific larger projects in the organization. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Work Logistics aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Work hours may varyworking with offshore QA and Dev teams and on site (EST) teams. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Estimate FT work hoursbetween 7:00 am and 5:00 pm EST aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Prefer on-site at the Clearwater, FL office, but will consider a hybrid remote scenario. aria-hidden="true" Reporting to the Director of Project Delivery and/or Program Manager as directed. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Minimum Requirements aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" A bachelor's degree. aria-hidden="true" Relevant experience managing IT projects with track record of successful completion. aria-hidden="true" Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
