Job DescriptionSNI Technology is currently recruiting for a IT Support Analyst for a great local client in Ponte Vedra, FL. This will be a contract to hire role targeting around $19/hr.-$21/hr. to start. This role will be onsite position during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
Job Requirements/Qualification:- 1-2 years of IT Support Experience
- Proficient troubleshooting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 Support
- Experience with ticketing management system
- Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing and supporting iPhone & Android mobile technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot basic networking problems
