- High school diploma or equivalent.• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to various facilities required.• Associates degree in relevant discipline desirable.• Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations.• Demonstrated skills and experience with a variety of computer hardware, operating systems, and software.• Demonstrated skills and experience servicing and maintaining computer hardware.• Knowledge of network devices (LAN-WAN-WIFI-VPN) as well as DNS and Active Directory required.• Written and oral interpersonal communication skills.• Ability to work as a member of a team or independently.• Must be skilled in de-escalation and calmly walking the user through the problem-solving process.• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, software and network problems.• Ability to install and configure software on a variety of platforms.• Organizational skills including paper documentation, daily logs, scheduling, etc.• Time management and prioritizing skills.• Must be able to handle more than one project, job, task, and/or duty at one time.• Must possess keen problem-solving and analytical skills.• Must be well organized with strong attention to detail.• Computer-related certifications are highly desired.
