IT Support Specialist

If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and driving technological efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!Position SummaryAs an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing IT systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for end-users. Your expertise in Office 365, Intune, and PowerShell scripting will be instrumental in automating processes, managing devices, and optimizing the IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Administer and maintain Office 365 environments, including email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks and streamline operations.

Perform user account management, including onboarding/offboarding and access control in Active Directory and Office 365.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems, network connectivity, and application software.

Collaborate with the IT team to identify opportunities for system improvements and implement best practices.

Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to build a knowledge base for the team.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.

Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Office 365 applications and services.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and security.

Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Active Directory and hybrid environments.

Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or ITIL Foundation.

Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and data protection best practices.
