Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise the preparation of authentic Italian dishes.
Manage and coordinate the kitchen team to maintain an optimal workflow.
Monitor ingredient quality and ensure adherence to high culinary standards.
Optimize inventory management and order supplies as needed.
Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef specializing in Italian cuisine.
Extensive knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and traditions.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
