What you will need: The IV&V Project manager must be a currently certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience within the past 10 years leading an IV&V Project of comparable size and complexity for financial systems, ERP systems and transaction processing, and payment processing implementation projects. The IV&V Project manager shall have a minimum of three (3) years' experience with IV&V methodologies and industry-standard best practices in Project management and system development. The IV&V Project manager will have exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills and must be available to present executive presentations to multiple levels of the CBO Project team and Department leadership and to other government executives. The IV&V Project manager shall have knowledge of and experience with interpreting Florida Administrative Rules and statutes governing Information Technology projects. In addition to leading the IV&V Vendor team, the IV&V Vendor Project manager will: 1. Advise the Department to facilitate Project efficiencies, effectiveness, and Project success. 2. Be accountable for all services and deliverables required under the IV&V Vendor's Purchase Order. 3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the IV&V team. 4. Ensure the quality and timely completion of deliverables. 5. Serve as the Department's point of contact for assigned work. 6. Plan, direct, control, schedule, coordinate, and organize management of tasks. 7. Plan, organize, and oversee all subordinate work efforts. 8. Ensure quality standards and work performance on the CBO Project. 9. Provide the Department status reports clearly describing the status of the IV&V efforts.
