Job Description:Experience working on Automation tools like Hammer (call master), Empirix, etc.(Preferred).Extensive Manual Testing Experience with IVR and Speech application including Test Planning, Test case Design, System and Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing.Experience in Contact Center technologies, CTI and Agent systems testing, understanding of call flows and VUI documents, call traversal and routing logic and data that drives testing call routing technologies.Experience in working Telecom domain/sector (Preferred).Understanding requirements, traceability test case creation and execution of IVR and Speech applications.Experience working in SQL (Preferably Oracle) for test data creation, management, and validations.Experience working in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.Knowledge in testing APIs and their front-end integrations.Knowledge on project Management Tools like JIRA, Iobeya, etc.Experience working in different Test management and Defect Management tools.Experience with analysing and monitoring call logs, service payloads and backend systems to ensure end to end validation.Experience working in collaboration with other teams regards to test data, testing and follow up and get the work done.Ability to complete projects deliverable within set timelines and quality standards.Experience working in Onshore/Offshore model.Excellent Communication and Analytical skills.
