Janitor

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a 4-story residential/commercial building.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and sanitizing common areas, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal

Light maintenance tasks as needed

Reporting any repairs or safety concerns

Keeping the building in a clean, orderly, and safe condition

Requirements:

Experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Must be able to work independently and follow instructions

Schedule:

40 hours per week

Monday through Saturday
