Janitor/ Light Maintenance

A 20 story condo on Hutchinson Island looking for an individual for Condo Common Area cleaning & Grounds maintenance.

Must be able to clean Walkways with the floor machine, common area bathrooms, dumpster rooms, Trash rooms, escorting contractors, able to move at least 80lbs and able to wash store front windows.

Enjoy being outside, meeting new people, interacting with all unit owners. Have own car. Weekends off. No nights. Occasional overtime if needed,

Education

No specific amount of formal education is required.

Experienced desired, Employee will be trained.

Physical Requirements

Requires an employee to bend, reach, stand for extended periods, and move up to 80lbs.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of the proper use of chemicals.

Knowledge of the qualities and uses of various cleaning, sanitizing, stripping and waxing compounds.

Knowledge of building and property security procedures.

Ability to organize and coordinate
