Janitorial Nighttime Supervisor- Mon- Friday- Bilingual A MUST

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our night shift cleaning operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Janitorial Supervisor will ensure the night team performs their duties efficiently and that all assigned areas meet company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support night shift janitorial staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed properly and on schedule

Perform quality checks of assigned areas and provide feedback to team members

Train, coach, and motivate staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained

Coordinate work assignments and handle any staffing or scheduling issues that arise during the shift

Communicate with management regarding performance, supplies, and facility needs

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of janitorial or custodial supervisory experience required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks as needed

Ability to be standing for long periods of time

Must pass a background check / Drug Test and required
