Java Developer (Senior Level)

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities1) Understand the requirement through difference source of information/documents available with the team.2) Assist Functional team(s) in designing activities and estimation of the work required.3) Learning the best practices and the methodology used in the program and ahere to the standards.4) Coding and Unit Testing of the code written as per the program standards and guidelines.5) Adhere the processes followed for development in the program.6) Mentor/train existing and new team members.7) Identify and collaborate with all necessary stakeholders in order to come to terms or reach agreement in accordance with defined project goals with little to no assistance.8) Track progress against assigned tasks, report status, and proactively identify issues to the project and management team.9) Work successfully in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to help team members in achieving their project goals if required.10) Personal ownership and accountability for delivering assigned tasks and deliverables within the established schedule.11) Must have good written and verbal communication skills.12) Must be able to execute technical presentation to client.13) Experience on Fiserv Signature International will be a plus.14) Knowledge of CSharp will be a plus.15) Report to the Project Manager on the status and progress of work and accountable to the timely completion with quality.16) Ability to travel when required.17) Experience in retail banking domain will be a plus.Pay Range: $65-$70/hourWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
