- Provide first-level support for Client-Facing JIRA change requests.
- Configure new and existing fields, screens, workflows, and notifications.
- Develop advanced filters and dashboards.
- Create Confluence spaces and upload documents to the pages.
- Create Knowledge Base Articles about the Client Facing Jira instance for internal use.
- Serve as a JIRA administrator. Implement JIRA and maintain responsibility for administration, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence, and integrations with other tools or plugins.
- Administer JIRAs core and software, Confluence, and formulate technical solutions using JIRA and associated JIRA plugins or Atlassian products.
- Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports, as needed.
- Create custom workflows, post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.
- Develop solutions and manage JIRA and Confluence queries and dashboards for metrics reporting for various teams.
- Serve as the JIRA and Atlassian technical resource for migrations to ensure the adoption of development and workflow processes, address user questions, and develop training, as needed.
