Title: Sales Representative (Fronter)

Salary: $15.65 per hour, plus $30-$60 per qualified client (NO ENROLLMENT NEEDED)

Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday (40 hours)

Location: On-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Representative (Fronter) in our call center. This position involves collaborating with our team of closers to reach out to business owners and introduce them to our debt relief program.

Responsibilities:

Conducting a high volume of outbound calls daily, utilizing provided leads

Engaging clients with a compelling script to introduce them to our program

Asking qualifying questions to determine suitability for our services and transferring qualified leads to closers for further assistance

Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets set by management

Demonstrating professionalism and respect in every phone call, regardless of the outcome

Qualifications:

Preferably previous sales experience in a fast-paced, commission-based environment

Driven by goals and motivated to achieve targets for increased earnings

Full-time availability during standard business hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 pm)

Basic computer proficiency

Exceptional communication skills with a professional speaking voice

This is a W2 position offering a competitive salary, with the opportunity to earn additional income through commission.
