Junior Account Representative

Beloform Craft is seeking a Junior Account Representative to support our client accounts and contribute to the day-to-day success of our customer relationships.In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal team members, assist with account coordination, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate account information, and help ensure each client receives a professional and consistent experience.This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, eager to learn, and interested in developing valuable skills in account management, client relations, communication, and business operations.ResponsibilitiesServe as a professional point of contact for assigned clients.Assist with managing and maintaining client accounts.Build positive and professional relationships with customers.Respond to client questions and provide accurate information.Support account updates, documentation, and daily administrative activities.Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve client requests efficiently.Follow up with clients regarding services, updates, and account needs.Maintain organized and accurate client records.Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities.Support account management goals and broader company objectives.
