Notes from the hiring manager: The project involves moving data from MS Dynamics to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have CRM experience, as well as data analysis and Tableau experience. Job Summary Our Data & Reporting Analysts are the drivers behind our continued growth and success. Within Field Operations, the Data & Reporting Analyst will assist in managing data, report design / creation, quality, and business automation surrounding our sales organization. This includes developing data quality standards / business rules around data, developing analytic scorecards and reports, and using other business tools to automate processes. This position will be a member of a team dedicated to building, deploying, and driving sales using technology and product innovation to drive more sales. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. They should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collect and document business requirements of the business for reporting Analysis of data to identify patterns / trends that may yield greater sales results / adoption Design and build new reports and dashboards for the company to assess and measure performance Work cross-functionally with IT, Business, and Field stakeholders Work with vendors and other third parties on special projects Identifies opportunities to automate business processes that would otherwise be manual of costly. Actively seeks to expand programming knowledge by leveraging a variety of sources on the internet or other professional education outlets Qualifications Mastery of Microsoft Excel or related Microsoft tools for data analysis, manipulation, clean-up, testing, presentation, etc. 3-5 years of business experience (preferably in insurance, banking, or other financial industries) Bachelor's degree (B.
