L3 Java Production Support Engineer

• Mainly responsible for providing L3 or Tech support to Regional ETF Operations team.
• Responsible for acting proactively on Incidents find root cause of the issue and assist Ops in completing their daily business activities with Zero business impact
• Responsible for closing assigned Incidents
• Responsible for identifying redundant manual activities or pain areas and plan automation
• Expected to be interacting with Business Analysts, Operations and L2 Production support team
• Responsible for stability of Production environment
• Develop or implement any Tech mandatory Jira's
• Other responsibilities as required

• Must know: Core Java, Multithreading and Core SQL
• Preferred: Experience with Core Java patterns, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Unix/Linux scripting
• Experience with Jira, confluence, GIT
