Labor Foreman – Construction/Manufacturing

We are a Miami-based manufacturer of architectural concrete and precast products seeking an experienced, reliable Labor Foreman to lead a small production crew. This is a hands-on role in a construction-related manufacturing environment—ideal for someone who knows how to manage people, maintain quality, and keep a production floor moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and support a labor team in a construction or manufacturing setting

- Train, coach, and mentor team members with patience and clear instruction

- Oversee mixing, pouring, and finishing of concrete for molds and products

- Assist with precast concrete production (experience a strong plus)

- Ensure safe and proper use of power tools and shop equipment

- Operate a small forklift to move materials, molds, and finished products

- Handle simple mechanical or shop repairs (experience a plus)

- Coordinate and assist with loading trucks for outgoing shipments

- Maintain daily workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance

- Monitor and maintain supply levels at all times

Required Qualifications:

- Experience supervising or managing a labor crew in a construction-related or manufacturing environment

- Mature, responsible, and reliable with strong leadership presence

- Lives within Miami-Dade County (local candidates only)

- Concrete experience required; precast concrete experience preferred

- Ability to safely use power tools and shop equipment

- Ability to operate a small forklift (or willing to be trained)

- Basic mechanical aptitude a plus

- Must speak English, Spanish a plus

- Good communicator with the ability to teach tasks clearly

- Consistent schedule, Miami-based — no travel
