Job Description:We are looking for a Laboratory Supervisor who is responsible for helping to manage day to-day operations of designated areas, and upholding a commitment to deliver the highest standard of quality and service. The position ensures effective operation of all laboratory equipment, and laboratory personnel, oversees procurement of supplies, troubleshoots non-conformances, and ensures adherence to all safety and regulatory standards as well as the laboratory’s QMS.Must Have Skills:
Active ASCP Certification and FL Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required (Supervisor preferred)
Experience as a lead technologist or supervisor in a high-complexity CLIA environment is required
At least 5 years of experience in a CAP/CLIA laboratory
Bachelor’s degree in a physical, chemical, or biological science is required
Must be flexible in schedule.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.

Location: Lake Mary, FL, USASchedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9AM - 5:30pm , must be flexible with shift times.
