Land Surveying Party Crew Chief

Established, Pinellas County surveying firm is currently seeking a Survey Party Chief. The ideal person should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Crew chief or Party Chief on topographic data collection for engineering design surveys, field collection of boundary evidence and corner information, ALTA/ACSM, Construction Stakeout, As-Build and Title and Improvement Surveys.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Applicant must have senior level knowledge and be proficient in the use of Robotic Total Station and GPS.

Collecting data field data with line codes.

3+ years of recent field surveying experience.

1-2 favorable references from previous employers.

Valid drivers license and favorable driving record.

Applicant must be able to pass level 2 background screening requirement (Jessica Lundsford Act)

Must maintain neat and accurate field records and survey notes and strong communication skills.

Must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
