Landscape Maintenance Working Foreman

Immediate opening for a full-time, working landscape maintenance foreman. Experience required in mowing, trimming, weed eating, pruning, planting, fertilizing, chemical application, watering, etc. Should be able to work alone or lead a crew, but it is a hands-on and working position. This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience, a current license and clean MVR and ability to pass a background check. Properties are non-smoking facilities. No drugs or drama please.

Responsibilities Include:

- Mowing, raking, weed eating, edging, blowing, trimming grounds/lawn

- Maintain/trim bushes, trees, shrubs and flowers/beds

- Planting/mulching beds

- Irrigation systems (check, schedule, ensure working and repair when necessary)

- Operating and maintaining in a safe manner, and fully responsible for, all equipment

This position will be working on a few of our private properties and directly for one owner. Ideal candidate should be self-starting, have an eye for detail and should take pride in their work.
