POSITION OVERVIEW:Exclusive Landscaping Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our FL branch as an Area Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while managing daily service operations. This position requires a combination of team leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the landscaping industry.Responsibilities:Perform lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, and blowingMaintain and install plant beds, trees, and seasonal flowersOperate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowersSpread mulch, gravel, or soil as neededFollow safety procedures and company policiesMaintain a clean and organized worksiteSupport the crew leader with job site prep and cleanupRequirements:Prior landscaping experience is a plus (but not required)Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all dayTeam player with a strong work ethic and a good attitudeValid driver’s license preferred (not required) Apply now in 2 minutes!
