Landscaping Manager

As a Landscaping Manager, you will:Create programs with or assisted by the Director of Landscaping regarding the maintenance of the grounds in all areas.Responsible for the design and layout of new landscaping projects throughout Westgate properties.Plans all job assignments, and instructs workers in their tasks.Interprets policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.Analyzes, resolves and assists workers in solving work problems.Maintains accurate time and production records.Responsible for maintaining landscaping operation within designated budget.Place orders of plant materials, equipment and supplies.Performs activities of workers supervised as needed.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
