Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in an administrative or office support role.What You'll Do as a Laundry Administrative Assistant:Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiriesOrganize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference callsAble to assist with other Laundry Duties as needed.Maintain contact lists, calendars, and office schedulesPrepare, produce, and distribute correspondence including letters, memos, emails, and formsAssist with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materialsDevelop and maintain electronic and physical filing systemsSubmit, track, and reconcile expense reports and invoicesGreet and assist office visitors and vendors professionallyTake accurate meeting minutes and prepare follow‑up documentationHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionCoordinate office procedures and equipment maintenance or repairsOrder, track, and maintain office supply inventoryPerform general clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, printing, and binding
