As a Laundry Service Technician II, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial laundry equipment that supports multiple Westgate Resort properties. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional with a strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced commercial laundry environment.In this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.What You'll Do as a Laundry Service Technician II: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial laundry equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain and service laundry chemical dispensing systems.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
Complete work orders, order replacement parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Partner with vendors, team members, and other departments to ensure efficient equipment operation.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
