A well-established, family-owned commercial landscaping company in Florida is seeking dedicated, experienced leaders to join their team. We have two full-time, onsite positions: Lawn Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Assistant Manager.

Lawn Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

Supervise 10 maintenance crews across multiple properties

Direct foremen and crew members in daily operations

Oversee irrigation service technicians on lawn care projects

Maintain and manage production schedules using Outlook

Receive and respond to work requests from HOA representatives

Submit soil and tissue samples for analysis

Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork

Attend weekly staff meetings and monthly HOA meetings

Order lawn care products as needed

Troubleshoot equipment repair issues

Oversee properties across multiple counties

Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel

Maintenance Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Support the Lawn Maintenance Manager in day-to-day operations

Supervise crews and assist with training and onboarding new staff

Track schedules, assignments, and project progress

Help manage irrigation, pest control, and fertilization programs

Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining equipment

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Spanish-speaking required to communicate with field crews and clients

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in lawn maintenance or landscaping management

Expertise in Florida plant ID, turf diseases, and pest/fertilizer programs

Knowledge of Hunter and Rainbird irrigation timers

Comfortable supervising large field teams and coordinating multiple projects

High school diploma/GED + valid Florida driver’s license

Florida Pesticide Applicator License

OSHA safety training

Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or equivalent
