Lead preschool teacher(4s&5s)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in a preschool setting and possess strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and communication.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and Florida standards.

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for preschool-aged children

- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students

- Implement early intervention strategies for children with special education needs

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience working with preschool-aged students

- Proficiency in tutoring and providing individualized support

- Strong classroom management skills

- Ability to develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans

- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults

- Knowledge of special education practices

- Previous childcare experience is preferred

- Background in early childhood education or related field

- Familiarity with curriculum development for young learners

Teaching Strategies Gold experience a plus.
