RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Key Tasks: Lead Quality Assurance will establish new and evolve existing QA processes to ensure best in class quality Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes to support our global platform Write test plans and scripts in response to updates in functionality and defects discovered Contribute to, update, and maintain a library of test scripts for all systems covered Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements Act as the key point of contact for all QA releases activities across our supported platforms (Android, iOS, Platform); Coordinating QA resources internally and externally As a Lead Quality Assurance, you will adopt a mindset of continuous improvementREQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years of experience testing software solutions Minimum 3 years of experience testing mobile applications Experience mentoring and leading remote team members Experience in a start-up like environment where we build and iterate quickly Experience working with multiple development teams Ability to articulate technical risks and obstacles Experience working in an Agile environment Independent learner, self-starter, pursues training and development opportunities Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with othersNice to have: Experience testing mobile applications in the advertising & payments space Experience developing automated tests for mobile & web applications Experience in implementing solutions as a part of a continuous delivery (CD preferably Gitlab) workflow Experience with multiple teams utilizing differing delivery workflowsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
