Qualifications

The Lead RRT/CRT provides shift supervision and monitors day to day assessment, treatment and services within the Respiratory department.

• Completion of an AMA approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree); Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Respiratory Therapist Experience;
• critical care an intubation experience preferred.
• Current Florida license as (RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist or (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) through American Heart Association
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required.
• New hires/transfers must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required. New hires/transfers must obtain within 6 months of hire.
