Build components and features for the Retail & Restaurant Commerce Technology team in Swift, Flutter, and Dart.

Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers, fostering a culture of thoughtfulness, speed, enthusiasm, and motivation.

Maintain a high level of code quality with each feature delivery through design, development, testing and implementation for fixes, enhancements, components and / or new software systems.

Contribute to the entire development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and product launch.

Collaborate in the development and review of code, design documents, standards, testing, debugging, and workflows.

Develop, manage, create, and maintain the technical components related to server‐side and web service‐based solutions

Coordinate and implement component-level deliverables with other technical groups

Act as a liaison between design, product, development, QA, and sustainment

Design and develop highly scalable software systems and applications in designated functional focus areas

Required Qualifications & Skills

7 years minimum of experience in leading and mentoring the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable software systems and components

At least 7 years of industry experience in native mobile development.

Passion for the latest industry trends, continuously improving both technical and non-technical skills.

Can design and implement complex user interfaces using Flutter, Dart, and Apple's UIKit and SwiftUI.

Demonstrated impact on an organizational level, contributing to the construction of iOS consumer-facing applications at scale.

At least 2 years of industry experience in iOS software development using Swift.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.

Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with teams and engage in discussions on complex topics with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Deep knowledge and experience of managing, orchestrating, and monitoring distributed production systems

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of cross-platform development frameworks, such as Flutter.

Understanding of modern SRE best practices

Education

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field/work experience.
